When I set my monthly goals, I try to focus on the next steps for one or two of my 2008 goals. When I set my monthly goals, I try to focus on the next steps for one or two of my 2008 goals. That way I can slowly build up to them throughout the year and it’s not a rush to get things done in the final months of 2008.
